Will Bales is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design and robotics. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Syntheon LLC and RapidPulse, Will also holds the position of President at Team HyperShock, a successful competitor in the Discovery series "BattleBots." With a background including roles as an Engineering Consultant at TAG3 Engineering and Engineering Internships at Covidien and Syntheon LLC, Will has demonstrated a strong commitment to engineering and robotics through coaching at Ransom Everglades School and early career experiences at Double Robotics. Will Bales obtained education from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Purdue University, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in engineering and design.
