Doug Ladd is a seasoned professional in marketing and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Syntheon LLC since April 2022, where collaboration with a leading engineering team focuses on innovative medical devices. Ladd also contributes as an Executive Entrepreneur in Residence and Professor of Practice at Northern Kentucky University, mentoring healthcare innovators and connecting them with funding. As President of Ladd Research Group, Ladd specializes in qualitative market research and strategic consulting for the medical industry. Additional roles include Investor Member at Queen City Angels and previous leadership positions at Johnson Electric, EndoChoice, and Ethicon Endo-Surgery.
