Douglas Mynear is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SynTerra Corp. since January 2019, Douglas previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at ECSI, LLC from May 2009 to January 2019. A significant portion of Douglas's career was spent at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. as a Supervising Engineer from January 1998 to March 2009, and at Booker Associates, Inc. as Chief of Engineering from 1977 to 1998. Douglas holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Kentucky, which was completed between 1971 and 1977.
