Sergio Eigi Takano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial and marketing leadership across various sectors, particularly in the veterinary industry. Currently serving as Diretor comercial e de marketing and Diretor Executivo at Syntec do Brasil since October 2019, Sergio is responsible for the overall company results and leads all departments. Previously, Sergio was a Consultant at Menttory, where responsibilities included connecting companies through market synergy analyses. As CEO of Venco Saúde Animal, Sergio drove projects for sustainable growth, cultivated a meritocratic culture, and expanded the company's market presence. Additional experience includes significant roles in sales management and marketing, achieving substantial revenue growth and developing market-leading products. Sergio holds several advanced degrees, including a Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Management from IESE Business School and an MBA in Commercial Management from FGV.
