Leigh Skala Saxon currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Synovus since April 2022 and also holds the position of Board Chair at The Talent Marketing Board, which focuses on employer branding and recruitment marketing for major corporations. Previously, Leigh was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Truist from January 2013 to April 2022, leading multiple banking divisions. Additional experiences include roles as an Executive Recruiter at SunTrust Bank, Owner of Saxon Executive Search Inc., and Interim Head of Staffing at RaceTrac. Earlier in Leigh's career, a position as Sr. Staffing Specialist - Worldwide Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company was held. Educational background includes studies at UC Santa Barbara and Parkway Central High School in St. Louis, MO.
