Jackson Widell, CFA, serves as Vice President of the Structured Lending Division at Synovus since April 2019, where responsibilities include originating, underwriting, and monitoring senior loan positions against diverse collateral. Prior experience at Synovus encompasses roles as an Analyst and Credit Risk Analyst, focusing on due diligence for structured credit opportunities and credit support for commercial portfolios. Jackson also participated in a credit training program and contributed as a Business Finance Teacher’s Assistant at the University of Florida, showcasing proficiency in finance concepts. Additional leadership experience includes a presidency with the University of Florida Men's Ice Hockey Organization and managerial roles in Greek life that display strong budget management and project oversight skills. Jackson graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2018.
