Mette Lie Petersen currently serves as a Learning and Development Specialist at Synoptik Danmark since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mette was a People Partner at Unilever from September 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included serving as the first point of contact in HR, managing employee and manager inquiries, and overseeing various people processes. Mette's experience also includes working as a Student Assistant in International HR at Arla Foods, assisting the HR Director with global markets and facilitating peer-to-peer online learning sessions. Other roles have included positions at Nykredit, Wolt, Lagkagehuset, SYKES Enterprises Berlin, TMPO A/S, PostNord, and Q8 Danmark A/S. Mette holds a Master of Science in Diversity and Change Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School.
