Adam Welch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Lead System Engineer at Synoptek since October 2024, Adam previously held the position of System Engineer at Transportation Insight from December 2017 to October 2024 and at OrthoCarolina from July 2014 to December 2017, where a significant project included building a new Citrix XenDesktop environment. Prior roles include Information Technology Manager at Surface Dynamics, LLC, and Turbocoating Corp., where responsibilities encompassed installations of SAP Business One and IT infrastructure maintenance, respectively. Earlier career highlights include data extraction for SAP conversions at Goodrich ISR Systems and supporting a large Windows network at Chromalloy. Adam's foundational skills began with desktop support and systems engineering in various roles, starting from 1996. Educationally, Adam attended the University at Buffalo and Rockland Community College.
