Deryn Gilbey currently serves as the EAME Seeds Marketing Lead at Syngenta, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, Deryn was Head of Marketing & Innovation at Centurion Safety Products, contributing to the Executive Leadership Team and overseeing all marketing and product management activities. Previous roles include extensive marketing leadership positions at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company, where Deryn managed brand strategies and marketing initiatives across Europe. Deryn's career also includes significant experience in market development and strategic planning at BASF and an industrial training role at Pfizer. Deryn holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Leadership from CIM and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from Liverpool John Moores University.
