Andrew Scarr is an experienced professional in the field of regulatory affairs, specializing in biocontrols and biological products. Currently serving as the Global Regulatory Lead for Biocontrols and previously as Global Regulatory Lead for Biologicals at Syngenta, Andrew has also held roles such as Project Manager Agrochemicals and Global Regulatory Affairs Manager at Dr. Knoell Consult GmbH. Earlier in the career, Andrew gained research experience as a post-doc at both Bayer CropScience and the University of Portsmouth. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Applied Toxicology, both from the University of Portsmouth.
