Teresa Miralles is a seasoned professional in organizational development and talent management, currently leading strategic projects in the Talent & Culture area at Syngenta Group since January 2024. Previously at Syngenta from June 2015 to December 2023, Teresa held multiple leadership roles focused on organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience across Europe. Prior to Syngenta, Teresa gained extensive HR management experience at Novartis, contributing to the organization being recognized as Spain's #1 Great Place to Work for three consecutive years. Teresa's career commenced at Eli Lilly, where responsibilities included training and development, HR partnering, and recruitment. Teresa holds an MBA from IE Business School, an Executive Coach certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching, and degrees in Psychology and Education from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
