Shanti a seasoned entrepreneur and senior business executive with more than 15 years of experience building innovative, fast-growth organizations. She is the founder of NAVEX Global, the world’s largest ethics and compliance software and services company, with more than 8,000 customers around the globe. Under Shanti’s leadership, NAVEX grew from less than $5 million in revenues to more than $100 million and has become one of the most recognized brands in governance, risk and compliance (GRC). In addition to her current role at NAVEX, Shanti serves on several company boards, primarily focused on software and tech-enabled services.
Shanti has deep experience working with entrepreneurs and investors, with a passion and track record for helping good companies become great. She has advised some of the world’s leading brands on workplace compliance and how to build exceptional cultures. In 2014, she was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics.
Shanti received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University where she was a Viscount Bennett Fellow. She received her J.D. and her B.A. (Film) from Queen’s University (Canada) where she was a Queen’s National Scholar.
