Bharath Nappa is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Chief Officer at Sanmar Shipping Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, Bharath held key positions at Nakilat, starting as Second Officer in September 2018, navigating the world's largest LNG carrier, and earlier as Third Officer at Synergy Marine Group from May 2017 to March 2018, managing Officer of Watch responsibilities and GMDSS equipment. Bharath began a maritime career as a Deck Cadet with Synergy Marine Group from January 2013 to July 2015, gaining comprehensive knowledge in navigation and cargo operations. Bharath holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Indian Maritime University, having completed studies from 2010 to 2016.
