Ashok Patra currently serves as the PMS Manager at Synergy Marine Group, having joined in November 2021 following the company's acquisition of technical management from Maersk Tankers. In this role, Ashok is the Project Lead for the integration of ERP systems, overseeing data migration, go-live processes, training, and the phase-out of legacy systems. Prior experience includes managing the planned maintenance system at Maersk Tankers and building a foundational team of marine engineers and data analysts. Ashok has also contributed to data cleanup projects and crew training at TORM, tested new ERP tools at Tritec Marine Ltd, and held operational management roles at Valad Business Solutions Pvt Ltd and Univan Ship Management Ltd. Ashok holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and has a background in Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
