Stephen Field is the President of Synergy Hospitality Management and holds a BBA degree from the George Washington University School of Business Administration and Public Policy. With extensive experience in the lodging industry, Stephen has worked with independent hotels and multiple franchised brands, managing hotel development, construction, and operations. Currently, Stephen serves as Managing Partner for several hotels, including Staybridge Suites and Hampton Inn LaGuardia Airport, and is actively involved in various boards, including the IHG Owners Association, where they chair the Staybridge Suites brand committee.
