Andrew Johnson has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Construction Group, where they are responsible for providing customers with safe, qualified and reliable construction crews. Previously, they held various roles at TC Energy, Cleveland Integrity Services, Project Consulting Services, McDaniel Technical Services, Houston Inspection Services, Microalloying International, and Deep South Pipe Inspections. Their roles included Construction Manager, Chief Inspector, Senior Coating Inspector, NACE Inspector, Utility Inspector, CWI Lead Inspector, Coating Inspector, Lead Inspector, and Final Bench Inspector. Andrew Johnson has extensive experience in atmospheric corrosion, cathodic protection, and inspection.

Andrew Johnson completed various training programs related to coatings and corrosion. In 2014, they earned Ultrasonics Level II and Ultrasonics Level I degrees from the NDT Training and Testing Center. Subsequently, in 2015, they pursued Nace Level II and Nace Level I degrees from Nace International to study Corrosion. In 2017-18, Andrew Johnson attended Real Educational Services and earned a certification in Certified Welding Inspector(CWI) field of study.
