Stephen Pepe, CIC, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in underwriting and business development. Currently serving as a Production Underwriter at Synergy Comp since December 2021, Stephen previously held positions including Sr. Business Development Underwriter at ICW Group, where responsibilities included driving a profitable workers' compensation book and establishing new agency relationships.
