Kelli Smith is an experienced Program Manager currently leading programs and projects at Synergy, overseeing a team of 32 in applying SAFe Agile methodologies for 18 clients. As the owner of Vacation GoldSmiths LLC since October 2019, Kelli also served as a Business Process Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, enhancing PMO efficiency through process automation. Previous roles include IT Service Management Lead at Tech Mahindra, where Kelli managed service delivery for a team of 36; IT Metrics Analyst and On-Site Support Manager at Jackson; and several positions in the United States Air Force, including IT Help Desk Shift Supervisor and IT Project Manager, where Kelli successfully managed numerous significant projects. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Trident University International and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
