Hanri Potgieter is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Organisational Development & Partnering at Synergy since June 2019. With a robust background in talent management, performance development, and employee engagement, Hanri has also held positions including People Capability Lead and People & Culture Business Partner Lead at Synergy. Previously, Hanri worked at the South African Revenue Service and T-Systems International, focusing on strategic HR consulting and organizational development. Hanri's extensive career began in communication roles within the SANDF, transitioning into HR management, where significant responsibilities included workforce planning, job profiling, and policy compliance. Hanri holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
