John Henricks has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John began their career as the Owner of B&H Trucking Company, Inc. in 1976. In 1980, they joined Kimberly Clark as a Mill Planner and later transitioned to the role of Planner. From 1984 to 1989, Henricks worked at Pennsylvania Electric Company as a Materials Systems Administrator, where they developed and implemented inventory control techniques. John then joined GPU Energy as an Area Manager, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the company's economic development presence in the Lehigh Valley and promoting its products and services to customers. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Cegedim Dendrite as an Account (Operations) Manager, managing client relationships and overseeing software implementation projects. Most recently, Henricks retired as a Senior Account Manager at Synergistix, Inc. in 2010. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in client relationship management, community engagement, and business operations.

John Henricks pursued their education in a dedicated and systematic manner. Between 1973 and 1978, they attended the University of Arizona, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Forest/Watershed Management. John'spassion for learning and personal growth continued as they advanced their studies at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management from 1978 to 1980. During this time, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Research.
