Kelley Alexander, Ph.D., MSCM is a co-founder and owner of Center of the Heart, a senior user experience researcher at Synergis, and owner of InnerLight Solutions, a communication and conflict resolution firm. With a background in conflict management, communication, and user experience design, Kelley also has experience as a director, executive director, adjunct professor, and senior designer in various organizations such as Georgia State University, Charis Circle, Autotrader US, and Macquarium. With a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies, a Masters in Conflict Management, and a BA in English Literature, Kelley has a strong foundation for their diverse roles in research, conflict resolution, and user experience design.
