Elizabeth Hernandez is a dedicated accounting professional currently serving as a Staff Accountant at Synergis since September 2023. With experience in general accounting tasks such as ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, Elizabeth also prepares monthly financial statements and handles non-income tax filings. Prior to Synergis, Elizabeth worked as an Accounts Payable specialist at Casa Building Materials Inc, where administrative support and EOD reconciliation tasks were performed. From December 2018 to June 2021, Elizabeth gained valuable experience as a bookkeeper and tax preparer at Atax Westchester Square. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and a prior Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from CUNY Hostos Community College, in addition to studies at Universidad Adventista Dominicana and Zicklin School of Business.
