Jose Luis Torralba Fernandez has over 20 years of experience in management and operations within the human resources sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director at Synergie España since August 2013, Jose Luis leads a team of four, focusing on identifying needs and generating development opportunities while overseeing budget control and organizational improvements. Previously, as Office Manager at Randstad from 2005 to 2011, Jose Luis managed the Granollers office and the regional budget.
