Jithendra Fernando is a skilled professional with a background in operations analysis and team leadership, currently serving as Assistant Team Lead and Senior Operations Analyst at SYNERGEN Health since January 2019. Prior experience includes a 12-week traineeship at Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited in late 2017. Jithendra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia, completed in 2018, and a Diploma in Engineering from ANC Education, obtained in 2015.
