Renata Delke (Chylinska) is an experienced professional in the field of Safety and Pharmacovigilance, currently serving as Associate Director at Syneos Health since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing safety functions and oversight of Safety and Pharmacovigilance teams in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior to this role, Renata held positions at Chiltern as Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer, INC Research as Safety Specialist II, and PPD in various safety-focused roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of drug safety, adverse event reporting, and team management. Renata holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Gdynia Maritime University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
