Sara D. Towne, Ph.D., currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Assessments & Insights Strategy at Syneos Health Learning Solutions since April 2022, having previously held the position of Insight & Research Manager. Prior to this role, Sara spent nearly seven years at United Health Care - UMR, where the positions included Utilization Review Nurse Supervisor and Utilization Review Nurse. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in the same field, and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing, all obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2020.
