Paul Webb is the current Chief Executive at Synectics Plc. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Synectic Systems from December 2010 to February 2015. Webb has also been the Managing Director at COEX Limited from December 2003 to February 2015, and before that, they were the General Manager - Asia Pacific at Molynx from January 1988 to December 2000.

Paul Webb attended Imperial College London, where they studied physics, and Caerleon Comprehensive.
