Volkert de Bot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and consulting within the KYC and AML sectors. Currently a Senior Manager at Synechron since April 2020, Volkert also held roles as Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Equiniti KYC Solutions from June 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities spanned Operations Manager, Team Lead Project Manager, and Senior Analyst, focusing on KYC and AML due diligence analysis. Earlier in career at I.S.M.S., roles included Scientific Management Consultant and intern business consultant in the Pharma and Healthcare industry, concentrating on marketing, health economics, and compliance. Volkert holds a Master’s degree in Science and Business Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Groningen, complemented by a rigorous secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Arnhem.
