Rishika Bais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Synechron since January 2024, Rishika previously held roles as a Senior Design Engineer at Extron, a Technical Lead at Synechron, and a Senior Software Engineer at ITyX Solutions AG. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini. Rishika Bais holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from G H Raisoni Academy of Engineering And Technology, completed between 2010 and 2014, and has a background in General Science from M P Deo Dharampeth Science College.
