In this role, they utilize their expertise in digital transformation to deliver industry-leading digital solutions for notable financial services and technology firms. Prior to this, Laila worked as the Lead Executive - Recruitment at HCL Technologies, where they helped enterprises reimagine their businesses for the digital age. Laila also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead at werklabs, where they managed the full cycle recruitment process and worked with clients such as Cognizant Softvision, FreedomPop, and ZestFinance.
