Erin Burns is currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Synechron since February 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of HR Vice President at iCON Infrastructure LLP from August 2023 to November 2023 and worked as a Senior HR Manager and HR Manager at Principal Asset Management from July 2020 to June 2023. Erin also contributed to Tradeweb as an HR Business Partner and AVP from June 2019 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Graduate/Analyst Business Partner at Barclays, where Erin engaged in a comprehensive graduate scheme with multiple rotations, and a Summer Internship in HR Operations at Barclays. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Central and Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
