Liat Ben-Zur serves as a Non Executive Director at Compass Group, a leading global contract foodservice company, and holds board memberships at Talkspace and Splashtop Inc., as well as advisory roles with WestRiver Group and Syndio. As CEO of LBZ Advisory LLC, Liat focuses on leadership consulting, including AI strategy and operationalizing OKRs. Previous experience includes a transformative position as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where Liat revitalized the consumer business, and a board role at Umicore, a global materials technology company. Liat holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSEE from the University of California, Davis.
