April Powell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Development Liaison at Vanderbilt University, where they implemented marketing and promotional plans and coordinated special events. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Bright Horizons as a Project Manager and Designer, managing creative direction and overseeing projects. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Technical Project Manager at Edgenet, responsible for client-related professional services and project management. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Director of Client Relations at EdAssist, assisting organizations with tuition assistance programs. Since 2018, Powell has been working at Syndigo, initially as the Director of Services for m2o, and they have held various senior-level positions, including Senior Director of Operations, Senior Director of Customer Experience Management, and currently as the Vice President of Customer Enablement & Training.
April Powell attended Bethel University from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. April also has additional certifications in Syndigo-Verified Content Foundations, Managing Experienced Managers, and Enhanced Content 101, which they obtained in 2023.
