Maddie Connall currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Synctera, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Maddie held the position of Customer Success Manager III at Synapse from May 2022 to October 2023, focusing on the growth and success of Fintech clients through Banking as a Service APIs. Prior experiences include roles as a Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Support Specialist at Fast, as well as various positions at Sigma Computing, including Marketing Coordinator and Business Development Representative, which revolved around simplifying data analysis for business users. Additional experience includes an internship at Riverbed Technology in product management and marketing, and early roles in retail at Nordstrom and Nike. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing further education at Universidad del CEMA.
