Ashley Pope has extensive work experience in operations and development roles. Ashley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for ACA at HR Logics, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SyncStream Solutions, where they held multiple positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations & Development. In their role as Director of Operations & Development at SyncStream Solutions from November 2015 to February 2020, Ashley was responsible for managing the development team and collaborating with the CIO on product development. Before their time at SyncStream Solutions, they served as the VP of Operations at XorbMedia, Inc from May 2006 to July 2014, overseeing website development and client interactions.

Ashley Pope attended Troy State University from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Resource Management. Prior to that, they also briefly attended Auburn University in 1988-1990, with a focus on Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "DAT201X: Querying Data with Transact-SQL" from Microsoft in November 2019 and is a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
