Natalia Łozińska is a Principal Visual Designer at Syncron since May 2017, currently leading the development of the Flame UI Design System. Prior roles at Syncron include Senior Visual Designer and Visual Designer, where Natalia contributed significantly to the Inventory application's design and established the company's first Design System. Previously, Natalia served as a UX Designer at Alior Bank S.A. and as a freelance UX/UI Designer at Rebased, Mokee, and CocoLab, focusing on creating and refining user experiences across various projects. With a background in graphic design, Natalia started the career as a Graphic Designer at companies such as Brainly.com and VIA SMS Group. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Interaction Design from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
