Ben's career began at Navistar, Inc., where multiple roles included Process Capability Manager and Key Market Manager, driving growth in service parts purchases. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from Illinois Wesleyan University and has earned certifications as a Supply Chain Professional and in Production and Inventory Management from APICS.
