Diego Rangel-Lopez has diverse work experience across various industries. Diego started their career as a Cashier at Marshalls Convenience Stores in 2013 and worked there for three and a half years. In 2016, they joined Recruitment Options Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical assistance to clients. In 2017, Diego served as the Vice President of Public Relations at CPP Waves, where they played a significant role in managing the organization's public image. Concurrently, they also worked as a Sales Floor Team Member at H&M for three years, contributing to customer service and sales.

Diego's career progression continued in 2020 when they joined Twilio Inc. as an Associate Support Engineer. In this role, they provided support and technical assistance to customers. Diego worked at Twilio for ten months before moving on to their current position in 2022.
