Pramod Nayak is an experienced executive with a strong background in sourcing, operations, and project management in technology and business services. Currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing, Technology at Synchrony since August 2018, Pramod leads the enterprise-level sourcing function for technology products and services, focusing on category strategy, risk management, and team development. Previously, at Equifax, Pramod held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Global Sourcing, where Pramod enhanced customer experience and implemented procurement strategies. Earlier in their career, Pramod served in project management roles at Tech Mahindra and Capgemini, overseeing IT service delivery for major clients. Pramod holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Master of Arts from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
