Paula Clayton has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in private label credit card management. From November 2005 until retirement, Paula served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Synchrony, leading significant initiatives such as the Belk Rewards Card Program and overseeing the acquisition and management of receivables from major retailers. Prior to Synchrony, Paula was Vice President and General Manager at GE Capital, where leadership extended to a cross-functional team providing credit programs for various retail sectors. Paula’s career at GE spanned over 12 years, starting in the Management Development Program and advancing through various roles in operations, marketing, and client development. Paula holds an MBA in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, completed in 1991.
