Pankti Parekh is a senior specialist in hub communications at Synchrony, a position held since May 2020, where involvement in the Communications Experience Program is ongoing. Prior to this role, Pankti served as a senior collections representative and worked at HSBC as a customer service representative from May 2018 to November 2018.
