Les McCollum II, MPS-CRM, currently serves as the SVP and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Synchrony since December 2023. Previously, McCollum was the Chief Information Security Officer at UChicago Medicine from September 2021 to December 2023 and held various leadership positions at MissionSquare Retirement, including Managing Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, where responsibilities encompassed all corporate security functions. With extensive experience in information technology and security, McCollum has also contributed to organizations such as the Information Technology Senior Management Forum as a Board Member and Technology Chairperson, and Xerox Business Solutions as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Business Development. Education includes a Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Central University.
