Dericka Hudson Curry is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Synchrony, Dericka has held various positions, including Vice President of HR for Technology & Operations and Vice President of Development Programs & University Relations. Previous experience includes roles at GE Capital as an HR Generalist and participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program, along with an internship focused on Organization & Development. Dericka has also contributed as a Program Director at Breakthrough Collaborative and as a Social Science Teacher for Teach for America. Educational credentials include a degree in International Affairs/Economics from Florida State University and attendance at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
