Sangangouda Patil is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Synchronoss Technologies since July 2014, where responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, evaluating needs, creating implementation solutions, and coordinating with the development team to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget according to service level agreements. Previously, from July 2008 to July 2014, Sangangouda served as Team Lead and Senior Quality Engineer at OnMobile, focusing on maintaining customer environment stability through proactive initiatives and resolving issues before they impacted customers. Sangangouda earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2001 and 2005.
