Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Nitro, Inc. and LinkedIn, where Shantanu directed strategic initiatives across EMEA and LATAM and led comprehensive revenue operations. Shantanu's career also features a strong foundation in consulting with Bain & Company, where impactful projects and client engagements established a track record of driving operational excellence. Shantanu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
