Dr. Prakash Ramakaimal is the Founder and CEO of Syncarp, a global firm that provides recruitment services, digital marketing, and interiors across India, the US, and the UK since May 2021. Prior to this, Dr. Prakash held senior leadership roles, including SVP & Global Head of Business Process Services and Robotic Process Automation at Prodapt from March 2014 to April 2021, and Global Delivery Head for Telecom BPO at TCS from April 2007 to February 2014. Dr. Prakash began a career in sales and training with Bharti Airtel and Aircel, contributing to sales and distribution channel growth. Dr. Prakash also served in the Indian Air Force from 1988 to 1997. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Tamilnadu University, a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Annamalai University, and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Air Force.
