Juan Zhen Koh is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and consumer research. Currently serving as the Lead Specialist at Synapxe since May 2019, Juan leads innovative AI projects with public healthcare agencies, specializing in natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI. Prior to this role, Juan was a Senior Specialist at Synapxe, recognized with the Healthcare Graduate Studies Award for pursuing an MSc in Business Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Earlier experience includes project management at Nanyang Business School, focusing on consumer behavior research, and roles at Sentosa Development Corporation in business development and marketing, where Juan enhanced digital strategies. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from NTU and a Master's degree in Business Analytics from NUS.
