Josh Richmond is an accomplished engineering and research professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at Synaptive Medical since March 2013, Josh Richmond has also held positions as Senior Director and Director of Engineering at the same company. Prior to this, Josh Richmond owned and operated Joshua Richmond Consulting, and served as Director of Engineering for MRI Coils at Hologic. Earlier career milestones include roles as Systems Engineer and Technical Product Manager at Sentinelle Medical Inc. and as a Systems Engineer at MDA Space Missions. Josh Richmond holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
