Yanet Balbuena is currently an Auxiliar administrativo at Synapsis | Tech BPO, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include implementing outsourcing practices and managing brand protection and copyright. Previously, Yanet completed a two-year internship at Universidad de la República within the Technical Team of the Environmental Management System for Beaches, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of certified beaches in Montevideo under the ISO 14001 standard. Yanet holds a Licenciatura en Geología from Universidad de la República, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
