Jim Eberlin is an advisor at Synapse Partners. Jim has also served on the board of directors for Tabs3 Software and Cosmolex, and was the founder and CEO of TopOPPS, which was acquired by Xactly. Jim is also the founder and president of Gainsight, and the founder and chief customer officer of Host Analytics, Inc.

Jim Eberlin studied business and accounting at Maryville University of Saint Louis, where they earned a bachelor's degree. Jim then went on to work in the financial sector for many years.
